The flat has a leafy outlook from all windows (so no one can look in - very private) and it's a 5 min walk to the beach and 10 min walk to the ferry. The flat is in a quiet building located 5 min walk from beach, transport and shops. Gas stove, electric oven, washing machine, new carpet in the flat (we leave our shoes in the hallway). A small store room downstairs as well as a store room for bicycles. Unlimited parking on the street (I've never had a problem to find a park).

I'm looking for a relaxed, down-to-earth, honest, non-smoking, respectful long term flatmate (male or female, but sorry no couples) who can stay long term. The longer the better. It is a nice relaxing home and not a party place. Bond is $950 and the moving in date is the 23rd of January.
